What is Insider ID – Brand Scorecard?
Insider ID has developed a special brand scorecard which has higher accuracy, in defining the impact of the brand on the purchasing decision of the buyer and the importance of different attributes for the consumer. Brands in different industries have unique criteria/attributes by which they should be evaluated, thus a standard set of attributes does not exist.
How it helps your business?
The main goal of the methodology is to create comparison between the perceived values of different attributes/criteria (perception, quality, meeting the expectations etc.) of a brand and the general impact of the same criteria when choosing a product in the same category.
The Research process
The process is divided into 6 stages. The first is analyzing the brand in which the company is defining the brand internally and from what it is consistent of. The second is defining the attributes, or division of the brand on its elementary parts that are important for both consumers and company. The third is defining the user groups, or to whom the research will be for. The fourth Is the field research, or data collection phase. The fifth is data analysis and interpretation. And the final phase is reporting.
